Resident Evil 4 wii, does not increase fps with your configuration... Is It a version gc? Regards!

The 3rd screenshot says it's the Wii version. However, disraelie is using a heavily outdated Dolphin revision. It's possible that recent revisions simply negate any of the speed-up from his settings, e.g. the behavior of some options may have become more accurate.
