If you mean Dolphin with max graphic settings vs a REAL ps2 then yes.

But if your talking about dolphin vs pcsx2 then they should be similar, as pcsx2 lets you adjust internal resolution's which means you manually set your AA and sampeling.

I find pcsx2 more demanding on my graphics card than dolphin however I find dolphin to have slightly shaper lines, but none of this is noticeable during game play I find.

Interms of the game, Okami wii version is much better than the PS2 version. PS2 version has less coinage and annoying LONG dialogue, where the wii you can get coinage easier and thet dialogue can be skipped, making a faster game play.

Though if your talking about pcsx2, i would get about 30 - 45 fps when I had the game from the video store, and Wii version is 23-30 fps. so over all wii version ran smoother.

yeah the text is really screwed up, as you said stc fixes it but it also reduces the speed to 12 fps for me when it was a perfect 29-30 in OGL... and turns the screen black lol.

Oh and disabling Fog takes away that crappy blur out. im using r4707.
