Ok something is seriously wrong with my dolphin emulator

So it started off when I was playing re4 wii and I was in a void and thought maybe my save file just corrupted, well not only that but my wii loader keeps crashing and my virtual console games won't work. However everything else seems to be fine for now. How do you fix this or how do you transfer saves from one dolphin to another.

Specs: intel i7 9700 3.60ghz
16Gb RAM;
Win10 64-Bit
Nvidia 2080 SUPER

So recently resident evil 4 wii corrupted and now my wii system loader and vc games aren't loading, any help on how to fix this or transfer saves to a new dolphin emulator will be much appreciated
