ok so toshiba stack refuses to install for me

. (Win bt stack is still running, didnt disable it or anything) Start the toshiba bt stack installer and go through it.
. When the 2nd window of the install opens (the one installing driver) just hit cancel. (first try i waited about 30 mins, and progress bar was stuck at 25%~ the whole time)
. After clicking cancel on that window, the main toshiba stack installer says it installed correctly.
. Reboot pc
. Taskbar toshiba BT icon doesnt show, so open bluetooth settings (C:\Program Files (x86)\Toshiba\Bluetooth Toshiba Stack\ECCenter1.exe)
. That same window about the driver opens and this time completes install.
. Go through the process of pairing the controler. (i connect it using 1+2, didnt need to actually hit the sync button)
. Working now (and i hope not just for me)

. Also no problems with dolphin (v3.5), had to hit pair the first time, now anytime i start a game my wiimote connect automatically

still wont install. I tried everything, i give up.
