Anyone knows if Frameskip works already/will it ever work/what is the last SVN it worked on?

When I activate Frameskip the emulator does skips frames but the speed doesn't increase (sometimes it actually decreases) and the game becomes barely unplayable compared to it's non-Frameskipped mode.

The problem is I use Dolphin mostly to play Sonic Adventure 2 and it has some serious graphical bugs with Direct3D9 up to revision ~49xx I think.

So it won't be fixed anytime soon? :S
