If anyone has access to the official one (and root if required to alter settings files),they should try modifying internal emulation settings to uncap the framerate so it can be benchmarked (if fps can also be made visible either within or via an app tool) then compared to Dolphin itself uncapped on another Shield TV.
I would also suggest to try 1080p to match it first then set Dolphin to 1x Native and compare again.
