Official GC Adapter Help (x86)

Hello! First time posting here, and I had a question. I apologize if this is in the wrong section.

So I've noticed that all the latest revisions are in x64, and that the latest revision to have received an update for x86 was 4.0-1609, versus the latest 4.0-6789. It's been a while since we've had a x86 update! But, the reason I'm asking this is mostly for the fact that I'm looking for an x86 edition that is able to use the Official GameCube Controller Adapter. Currently, I'm using the stable 4.0.2 edition but it doesn't currently support it directly. And yes, I have referred to the guide for this as well. Basically, I'm just in need of a x86 version of any revision of 4.0-4599 or higher that is also x86 edition. Also, any work-around's for this are fine for this too, saying there isn't a version available (the simple fix, I'd think).

TL;DR I'm looking for an Official GC Adapter work-around for any x86 edition or any revision at or above 4.0-4599 in x86.

There will be no more x86 updates because x86 support was dropped as it inhibited Dolphin's growth. There's no real reason to run x86 in 2015, as it is a free update to x64. So you should really just upgrade your OS.

Anyways, native support for the GC adapter was added /after/ the last x86 build so you can't use that guide. You can work around it with a driver like this one though. http://m4sv.com/page/wii-u-gcn-usb-driver

Ah. Well the version change makes a lot of sense. I'm just kinda cursed with this. But soon, no longer. The work-around works like a charm, so thanks a lot!
