Official Adapter Missing Inputs

So coming from older versions of Dolphin, ive used vJoy and now switching to 6554 for netplay on Project M and Melee my official Wii U adapter seems to either miss inputs or the analog on the bumpers arent working. Only a full press on the bumper registers instead of the analog. The inputs for certain controls are also off as well like the c stick where it wont register that I have pushed it in certain directions.
