ODROID-C2 - any thoughts?

Any thoughts on how the Odroid-C2 coming in March performing with Dolphin. It has Mali-450 and the Mali drivers was bad according to the "Dolphin Emulator and OpenGL drivers - Hall of Fame/Shame" article. Has that situation improved since or still bad?

Edit: Just noticed that is supports only OpenGL ES 2.0, Thats a bad sign.

It's a Mali-450 so it can't run Dolphin.
My thoughts are that it is a decent ARMv8 board, just not for Dolphin.
