Odd Problem

So every so often after playing for a while(usually 20 minutes at the very least, more often after an hour) my entire screen will go black and then it will restore itself but Dolphin's window will still be black although the game is still going on. I get this error:

display driver nvidia windows kernel mode driver 258.96 stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

Any ideas as to what might cause this?

Here is my rig for reference:
Intel Core i5-430M Processor 2.26 GHz
4GB DDR3 1066MHz RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTS 360M 1GB GDDR5
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Update lastest graphic driver and do not use beta driver

I thought I had since I updated about a two days ago but i'll try to update again.
