Only when I play on Dolphin I got this error: "nvlddmkm has stopped responding and has successfully recovered". Other pc games and emulators runs normal. Can developers answer me, how I can solve this problem? My OS is Windows 7 x64, videocard is Nvidia Geforce GT240. I use Dolphin 3.5.

Nvidia drivers suck and we can't do much about it.
AFAICT, it's either something to do with Nvidia software/drivers or some faulty hardware if you're unlucky. Seems like a common issue (just google "nvlddmkm" and you'll see what I mean). You might want to try updating your drivers and/or following the many solutions available online. I have no idea if this is relevant at all, but there's a lengthy thread about nvlddmkm issues here on the Geforce site forums.

I tryed many ways to solve this problem, and read a lot about it too. Maybe I should try to use my motherboard's integrated AMD Radeon HD 4200. But I not sure, is its power enough for emulation.

Afaik , Nvidia GT 240 was in "black list" of Dolphin . That GPU had some serious problem with Dolphin though I thought those issues was fixed ?

Thank you for link, I'll try r6252 another time. I remember, that this problem doesn't appear for ever, I played normally for year before... Before of what? New revisions? New nvidia's drivers? I don't know. Anyway, I don't have enough money for buying new GPU. So, time is helper for me. And developers team, maybe. Thanks one more time.

i've seen that error a lot if the GPU is overclocked too far or if the card is faulty. it basically means something went wrong and the video drivers restart themselves instead of crashing your computer. I'm guessing you tried updating drivers first?

No, my gpu not o.c. Yes, I updated driver, and downgraded its too. No results. I repeat, this problem is actual only for Dolphin, such powerful pc games as Max Payne 3 runs great, without problems.
