Hi,

I'm running dolphin with Intel HD4000 and it works pretty good with 50-60 fps in most games I tested.

My laptop has nvidia geforce 630m and when I try to use it (dx11), I got texture cache errors followed by crashes and eventually BSODs.

Is there anything I'm missing about laptop+dolphin+nvidia?
Is my GPU dying?
I already reinstalled the GPU drivers several times and even downgraded them too. No clue still.

Thanks!

ps:BSOD is often caused by "watchdog.sys", if that helps...

Are you on the latest dev build of Dolphin?
Have you checked that you have a good ISO? Right-click the game in Dolphin's game list > Properties > Verify Tab > Verify

I tried a lot of builds and got the same. Currently on 5.0-13178.
I did the Verify. Most ISOs are ok. But I dont think its an ISO issue.
As I said before, several games run perfectly in the default Intel HD4000.
My only problem is that if I select to use the geforce, it crashes and goes to BSOD often.
And, worse case scenario here if the GPU is dead beacause it's soldered in the mobo.
Any other guess?

Did you try installing the latest NVIDIA driver for that GPU? If I recall correctly, GT 630M is a Fermi-based GPU and the latest driver NVIDIA released with support for Fermi GPUs was version 391.35. You could also try OpenGL backend, it doesn't work anymore with the Intel HD 4000 but it should work fine with the GT 630M...
