Nvidia Shield TV controller question

I got the nvidia shield tv and I installed the Dolphin 5.0 from the beta section. The games run as intended but when i get the main screen, says press 2, on the wiimote... I'm using the nvidia shield controller. The latest build which I installed doesn't let me configure the controllers just enable or disable wii mote emulation.

Noob here...any help would be great. Thanks.

nvm saw a tutorial that says to config on old version of dolphin and pass it over to the new one..disregard, please delete.
