I have not used dolphin for some time (about a year in fact), but last time I did use the PC version I tried streaming to the shield and I remember there was a way to create a shortcut to directly launch a game.
IMO it is sad that Android version will not support the shield, as it would take something crazy like Dolphin on the shield to even tempt to pick my shield up. It does make a fancy decorative object at least.

The speed that mobiles devices become utterly useless has gotten so fast, none of them are worth buying anymore IMO.
