I have the controller configs setup on both the shield and my pc. I feel like it may actually be an issue with steam stream since it only ever shows one controller connected.
Also when I click detect with one controller on steam, I can feel it vibrate. Then using the second controller I click the same detect button and it vibrates as well. So both controllers (whichever one i press "A" on at that time) will vibrate when clicking detect for the one controller that is listed on steam.
