Nvidia Shield Mapping/Support

I got my Nvidia Sheild a while back and I have tried everything to get it to work with streaming dolphin and mapping the controls. I have no problem streaming, the only issue is I dont know how to map the controls to my nvidia shield. I go to the gamecube controller settings on dolphin while im streaming it to my shield, and it shows, and it has all the controls mapped for it, but when i press the buttons none of them work. What do I do?
