Try to copy your Wii subfolder from the desktop, iirc this is a savegame issue.

Run the game on Windows to create a save file close dolphin copy the wii folder That is in the system directory, Paste it on to a USB then plug the USB into the shield copy the wii folder from the USB to the dolphin folder on the shield.

hi, I managed to run the gamecube games so far on the nvidia shield tv, but not a single wii game. tried Mario kart Wii, Donkey Kong Country and Super Mario Galaxy.
For me, only the 4.8373 lets me use the shield controller in the Mario Kart Wii menu, though I have to reset to have it found...very complicated... .But the memory error is for me an unsolvable hurdle.
I can't run dolphin on my vaio laptop so I downloaded a save game but have no idea where to put, so I basically put everywhere in the data folders, but no success. Please let me know what to do, A "how to for dummies" would be very apreciated Smile thanks a lot

I will upload my own save for you to use since some saves online dont work with dolphin Sad . what you need to do is copy an paste the wii folder That is in the attached zip file into the dolphin-emu directory then start the game in dolphin. Smile
I will upload the file on Sunday.
