Is there a way to add a game folder manual in a. ini file somewhere?

Add game browser doesn't respond to input on nvidia shield. Through setting and then path - default iso shows same file browser as add new game folder. If I select for example wii nand root folder selection it opens a different file browser screen which works on the shield.

Is this a known issue?

Using version: 5.0-13414

Oh, so the new folder browser (starting with 5.0-13386) is broken on the Nvidia Shield TV Sad That's not good... Though I really wonder why. It shows up correctly but absolutely nothing happens when you press any button?

I should probably add some kind of workaround where the Nvidia Shield TV uses the old folder browser, but if you want to add a game folder by editing INI files for now, open Dolphin.ini and put this in the [General] section:

Code:
ISOPaths = 1
ISOPath0 = <insert a path here>

(If you are using Android 11 or newer, this will stop working with a future Dolphin update which will probably be released the second half of 2021.)

Yes that's correct the only input possible is press a button without moving stick, then it open the menu on the left no further input possible. If you move stick first you can't select anything. Also it's very hard to see what is selected when you open it without trying to select.

The other file path selection in the config menu opens a pop up to select the file path only the game iso opens a full screen browser. Maybe this can be changed back to the pup up one?

Can't share screenshot right now hopefully my description is clear.

Thanks will try the ini solution tonight.

Yes, I understand what you mean.

I think I'll switch Android TV back to the "pop-up style" folder browser if a second person confirms that this is broken. (Ideally the issue with the new folder browser would be fixed, but I have no idea what's wrong with it or whether it's Dolphin's fault or Android's fault...)

Starting in 5.0-13454, Dolphin now uses the old folder picker again on Android TV.
