Hello,I'm getting the error "nvidia kernel mode driver not responding and has recovered" after a few minutes of gameplay.
When it happens, the screen becomes black but the game is still running (can hear the sound of my char moving and acting).
It only happens with dolphin, all the other programs/games are running fine (witcher,borderlands,divinity2,street fighter 4) with max settings.
my dx are updated,my gpu too (and I tried 3 different drivers).
my specs:
packard bell imedia s3800
intel core i3 530 @2.93ghz
8gb ddr3 ram
nvidia geforce gt 320 1gb
win 7 os 64bit home premium
games I tried:
monster hunter demo [US]
monster hunter 3 [JP] with codes
the revs I tried:
2.0 rc1
4771
5243
5030 with patch
my config is the same as this:
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2842751/Dolphin%20Setup/2.jpg
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2842751/Dolphin%20Setup/3.jpg (my card is nvidia and not ati)
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2842751/Dolphin%20Setup/4.jpg
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2842751/Dolphin%20Setup/5.jpg
the isos are running at 100% with no problems at all, until the error occurs.
I tested and benchmarked my hardware,so it's not an incompatibility issue or damaged hardware.
nvidia forum topic suggesting that if it's not a hardware/os problem,it's related to badly written software:
