Nvidia 3D Vision error

I have the Nvidia vision pack (glasses and receptor) and a 120Hz monitor, i play fine in 3D on PC games, but when i enable the "3D Vision (requires fullscren)" option on Dolphin, and enter a Wii game, the error "Failed to initialize Direct3D" appear, and Dolphin crashes. Any help on how to fix this? I sarched a lot, but there's only threads about anaglyph 3D issues...
