NUS Downloader and Dolphin

I downloaded a ".wad" file and I installed it in Dolphin but I can't access the Wii Settings bit so I can't change anything. How can I fix this?

The Wii Menu isn't fully emulated, so accessing the Settings screen will result in a black screen. There is nothing that you can do unless wait to someone fix this issue...

What settings do you want to change? Most can either be changed in Dolphin settings or don't need to be changed as they are unusable (anything internet related).
