I'm aware that the current plugins support certain Nunchuck movements (such as roll, pitch, movements up down left and right), however there seems to lack 'forward' and 'backward' motions--thrusting the Nunchuck (and Wiimote too).

I had posted elsewhere requesting for pre-recorded movement of the Nunchuck or Wiimote in this fashion, but have yet to receive a response.

Are there any alternate solutions, possibly the use of more than one set of commands at once to fool the program into thinking the Wiimote or Nunchuck is being thrust forward or back?

Also, currently using a mix of mouse & X360 & keyboard for my controls. The specific game which requires this is Legend of Zelda, Twilight Princess (learning the Shield Attack skill).

Bumping this.

Has anyone gotten their Wii version of Twilight Princess to learn the Shield Attack move? Just wondering, because if so, what set of binds had you used to do so.

Also, I noticed my thread has lots of views, but not 1 single reply. Even if you can't help, sympathy or sharing of the situation would be better than thinking I'm alone in this matter.

if you have a jostick like Saitek evo set the nuchcuck unther buttonmapping/tilt and swing to analog2 or triggers set roll left right and the pitch up down to 180
analog an axis set the left / right trigger 1002 1003 or equal

for keyboard its diffiulty to use shieldattak
sets the same settings at the nuchuck tile and swing only as Keyboard
then set roll left /right pitch up /down eg. J L I K
if you hold down the button I and Link is using the shildattak and if you hold down raound 500ms and release the butten he attacks to with shield
and and and Wink

The method Alyx posted is probably the only way to do with emulated nunchuck. It is quite hard. Dolphin does support depth movements with real wiimote+nunchuck fully though.

Nah, sadly I don't have that. All I have is the X360 controller. Should the same settings work with that?

Just map a button for nunchuk shaking.
IIRC only one of the axes (one of X Y or Z) is needed to perform the shield attack.

i was just able to do the shield attack. Mapped everything to the keyboard and found out the setting was actually the tilt forward in the nunchuck. Not shaking. Had to do it with the keyboard because on the x360 controller it isn't working somehow
