Numerous BackPatch errors while trying to play Super Mario Sunshine

So I tried to play Super Mario Sunshine, and Dolphin loaded quickly but when it got to 93% it stops and says "BackPatch: Currently only supporting reads. Attempted to write to 82000378." I click OK and it says "BackPatch write-not through EAX" I click OK then it tells me BackPatch: currently only supporting reads. Attempted to write to 8200037c." Click OK then, "BackPatch write-not through EAX" Then Dolphin freezes and closes itself. How can I resolve this? Is it something wrong with 3.5?
