I want my Naruto Shippūden: Gekitō Ninja Taisen! Special (NTSC) convert to PAL, (I have an 2,5 GHZ CPU, and 50FPS is friendlyer, than 60FPS...) but I can't find any conversional tool.
Actually, I succesfully converted my NTSC Bleach: Blade battlers 2 (PS2) to PAL once. It's where the idea come from.
