NTSC to PAL

Could someone please convert this NTSC save file of Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn to PAL for me? I have no clue how to do so and it would be GREATLY appreciated! OR if anyone has a PAL save file that has all the 20/20 PoR transfers, that would be even better!

i have a PoR PAL save with 20/20 transfers, but it's only with sword/knife users (Ike, Zihark, Mia, Sothe, Volke, not Stefan, etc.)
