NSMBWii HD textures make the game stutter

For w/e reason the game stutters once i load the textures, without it it works fine.
In the video you can see that my CPU nor GPU go 100% in usage so i dunno why it happens. https://youtu.be/fvN44kUtzWA Any logical explanation? |
