Here are my PC specs:

Windows 7 x86
AMD A6-6400K 3.9 GHz
Nvidia 9600 GSO 768 MB
Patriot Viper Extreme 4 GB

I have latest stable dolphin version and for some reason new super mario bros always does not run at full FPS (50-60), it is running at around 40 FPS and I can tell it is slow, because everything in the game that is supposed to move is moving slowly.

Is there any way to run this game at full speed on my PC? I know AMD is not as powerful as intel processors, but I still want to try something.

Thanks.

nevermind, I fixed it. The graphics backend was set to Direct3D11 by default, so I changed it to Direct3D9 and now i get 60 fps in-game.

The latest dev release is faster than the latest stable, so that might help you.

Sacrifice the spinning coins and turn off EFB2Ram.
