Did you try to install a different bluetooth driver? (e.g. BlueSoleil or Microsoft bluetooth stack)

Not all Bluetooth dongle work with Dolphin , that's why i recommend "class 1" certified dongle
If it's possible , stay away from mini dongle

I just hoped someone could tell me why it dont connects...

So if u say the dongle is the reason why it dont connect to my pc in any way (with or without dolphin), than im fine with this answer...

So should i just go out AGAIN to buy another dongle and HOPE that it'll work then Huh

Which dongles u used sucessfully? Tell me names so i can get one ;P

When you connect that dongle to your pc , you'll see a small ̣̣̣(blink) "blue" light coming from that dongle (I'm kind of lost here , i can't describe it correctly in English)
If you didn't see that light , your dongle would be broken

no name , it's just "Bluetooth Class 1" . I bought many dongle (4 mini-dongle & 2 traditional/old style dongle) , i really hope at least one of them works with dolphin .
Total cost : 25-30$ (Well , it does work anyway)
