Define "nothing happens". Is Dolphin crashing? Are you getting any error message?

Isn't there a bug some people get where it starts off-screen, so looks like nothing happens? If so, there's a fix.
OS: Windows 10 64 bit Professional

move the cursor across the screen and double click. Tongue

reminds me of "cloudy with a chance of meatballs". Hilarious. must watch if you already haven't.

on a more serious note, you may not have extracted properly. is your zip/rar/7z software up to date?

you could try zipgenius. been using it for years. or 7zip software.
