Does Dolphin Emulator run well on Note 5?
I am planing on selling my note 4 to buy Note 5

Will the Note 5 be future proof for dolphin?
I heard their became broken drivers on marshmellow for the note 5 so dolphin does no longer work is it true or its just the s6?

I don't want to sacrifice SD Card slot and removable battery for a phone that cannot run dolphin emulator.

No currently released phone is future proof for Dolphin.

I've also heard they're broken. I can't confirm the problem myself, but you should not expect it to work unless you get explicit confirmation that it does work.

Please be patient when making a topic. It can take hours before people get to reading it.

Note5(Exynos 7420) is weaker than the Nvidia Shield TV (Tegra X1). So nope.com

Even the Nvidia Shield is only able to run a few light-weight games , most games are unplayable on it . Consider the fact that Dolphin requires a powerful CPU , like i3 6100 @ 3.7GHz on Windows , I don't think you can find any android device that is good enough for Dolphin any time soon , 5 years later then maybe ...

Maybe a bit, but very likely not enough. Don't expect to get good performance on the Note 5 ever. And you'll still have the problem of the likely broken driver to deal with.

Current Mali drivers are very broken, and I don't think it'll be fixed soon.

Really?  Nice. How's dolphin performing with the Nougat update?  Are you getting better gameplay framerates?
