"Here comes the stinky poorass bastard"
Hi all
My dad uses an second hand Note 3 (At least according to the backplate of the phone) and I heard some rumors (Abot HL3 being released at 3008 cuz HL1-998 HL2-004 HL3-008) my father getting a newer phone and giving his phone to me
Will I able to play Wave Race Blue Storm at 16:9 native (Yes, WRBS support 16:9 res) on that phone at native speed ?
Sad thing is, I dont know whetever its N9000 or N9005 so I have to find out

I don't think that device can run Dolphin at all.

Indeed - both note-3s only have 32-bit CPUs and OSs, which isn't supported by the ARM JIT - so it won't run

I remember a 32 Bit version of dolphin for Android
So maybe the latest 32 Bit version can run on my Android on 5 FPS ?

It would run, yes. But at nothing remotely playable. 5 FPS is probably a good estimate for a lot of popular games.

The latest development build would likely be the best for running on android.

But that's a moot point here, as it requires 64-bit.

If you're asking "what's the best 32-bit version?" The answer is none. There were realistically no 32-bit capable builds that would be worth using on android.

Actually, wait. The last 32 bit build is a 4.0 era build, which we don't support or care about.
