Usually I can just right click on the game within dolphin Properties/Info/Game ID. The Issue I am having is trying to find the a virtual game Game ID. The only place I find my game is when I open of the wii system menu and its one of my channels.
The game ID I am looking for is Pokémon Snap.

You may be referring to -Virtual Console- GameID. And that can be done the same way as any other game (right-clicking and selecting properties).

I'm pretty sure you can make them show up using view->show platforms.

Apparently you don't have a WAD file, the game is installed on your NAND, right? If that's the case it won't show up in game list and you won't be able to get the ID by conventional ways (like right clicking in the game list and choosing properties)...

If you just want to know the GameID, it's NAK*. Specifically For the US release: NAKE01.

If you are wanting to edit cheats or something, changing the GameINI will not work on games booted from the Wii Menu!
