Your Philips TV is not compatible with Dolphin as far as I know. The Nvidia Shield TV is compatible with Dolphin, but you can't install it from Google Play directly on the device. Either install it by using Google Play in a web browser or by downloading an APK directly at https://dolphin-emu.org/download/.

Hope to see it in GP later on, take care We might not be able to do that, because Google have unfortunately been rejecting it from being considered TV compatible due to it not having 32-bit support. (No, we don't know of any good reason why 32-bit compatibility would be a requirement for TV compatibility... The app is already being filtered so that only devices with 64-bit support can download it on Google Play.) 12-19-2018, 10:57 PM
You can install it through RetroArch but you need to copy over the Sys folder from the apk

The retroarch version is a mess of hacks not maintained by us. Have fun with a broken version of Dolphin I guess.
