So I copied the entire Dolphin directory on one PC onto another PC so that I could transfer saves, and when I try to play the game, this is what it says:

(Click on link for image)

Any idea on why this is and how to fix it?

It means that you've put too much stuff in the Wii NAND memory and have to remove some of it. How large is the folder Documents/Dolphin Emulator/Wii/?

How can I check how large it is?

Go to the desired folder (Wii), right-click it, hit "Properties"... technically the same way you would do with any file in your computer.

Mine, for instance, is 415 MB large.
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

Have you tried the latest development version? Older versions are so broken regarding NAND handling that I wouldn't be surprised if this turned out to be a (fixed) bug.

Also note: Number of saves can also impact this - the NAND can only have so many files on it.

Tried the latest development version and it didn't help. And I only have one save file. It's literally the only game I currently have with only one save file.
