Question

I have only have have Direct3D and OpenGL. I have DirectX 11 installed. What am I missing?

those are the only ones. D3D is a part of DX11

Current builds doesn't have DX9 anymore. DX11 is the only Direct3D version available in Dolphin now and was renamed from DX11 to Direct3D to avoid confusions...
