I downloaded the .exe Dolphin installer and Norton recognized it as a virus. I know Dolphin is a trustful emulator, so it download also is. So my question is: Has anyone hacked into the installer and put a virus or is MediaFire putting a virus in the installer?

There has been false positives before, I'm guessing you get warnings because it's a self extracting file, which it probably isn't able to check the content from.

That "Release Candidate" is something like 2000 revisions old, there have been significant enhancements since then... I suggest you download a newer version.
