It is a RVL-CNT-01

Please help! I have tried almost every video, and nothing. If you could, please help me with a detailed explaination or a really good video? Also, I have tried doing it for older versions of dolphin, still nothing.

I do not have a Mac, but according to Billiard it should be the same on all OSes. Soooo, try this.

It should work perfectly fine in either 3.5 or 4.0; just make sure Bluetooth's on, open the Wiimote config, and (if "Continuous Scanning" is checked; if it's not, click Refresh) hold 1+2 or press the red Sync button. If that doesn't work, remove any Wii Remote devices listed in System Preferences > Bluetooth, then try again.

No. Connecting it to OS X's Bluetooth stuff never helps; if you ever do that, remove any Wii Remote devices listed in System Preferences > Bluetooth before trying again. Connect it only within Dolphin itself.

I had the same problem on Xubuntu 13.10.
Try this:
1) open your Bluetooth Manager
2) open "Dolphin" and "Wiimote Configuration"
3) enable "Continous Scanning" and let the "Wiimote Configuration" tab open
4) press 1+2 on the Wiimote and then the "Refresh" Button in the "Wii Configuration" Menu
5) after clicking the "Refresh" Buttion immediately refresh the Wiimote in your Bluetooth Manager

This solved the problem for me.
