Noob here - Just downloaded and need help configuring

Hi all,

I have been checking the forums a bit, but havent found a rig with the same specs as mine. So ]I wanted to ask what optimal graphics configuration should I use for my PC (in my signature). I really want to play Skyward Sword & Twilight Princess. Also, if I want to upgrade should I upgrade GPU or CPU?

Best is to check the game threads themselves, as there are specific game options sometimes which you'll have to enable/disable.
Skyward Sword
Twilight Princess (Wii)

There's no optimal settings for every game, some require different settings than others.
But generally, most games work fine with:

Graphics -> General
DirectX9

Graphics -> Enhancements
You should be able to handle x3 internal resolution, drop to x2 if you play intensive games.
AA off, AF off.
Scaled EFB Copy enabled.

Graphics -> Hacks
Ignore Format Changes
EFB Copies -> Texture
External Frame Buffer -> Disable
OpenMP Texture Decoder

Configure -> Audio
DSP HLE emulation (some games require LLE for music to work properly)
Enable DTK Music
Enable Audio Throttle

Also, if I want to upgrade should I upgrade GPU or CPU?

CPU, your GPU is good enough for most stuff.
