That is by far a bizarre one but I'm going to have to forecast its a driver issue. I dont know much about that controller but if you get me some detail I may find a solution. More importantly is it driver based (did it come with drivers), did you install them? What OS are you on have you check Dolphin 2.0, 3.0, and 4.0 (do that all act the same).
