Hello, this is me again ) I bought the Wii Motion Plus (geniune Nintendo) for my third-party Remote and Nunchuck, and a game, Red Steel 2 (desperately want to play this). In first sight, it works - only trouble with wireless reciever for my nunchuck, forced to use Motion+ without case. I started the game, it started correctly. But on calibration screen I have message "the wii motion plus is disconnected...". I reconnect it, start the game, but found that nunchuck is not recognized. I re-synch it, and again has massage about disconnection of Motion Plus. All play long I have various disconnection messages - about nunchuck and motion plus, and a message "please remove the unused controller". Sometimes I have minute or two play normally, but after this time Dolphin crashes with APPCRASH or BEX error. I googled my trouble, and Big G says - my Motion Plus is some sort broken or incompatible, but why I have times, when it works correctly? Can you help me?

A motion plus adapter issue shouldn't crash the game. There's something you can do to help out: reproduce the crash, but do not close the program, go to the task manager and right click Dolphin.exe and select "Create Dump File". Upload that file here, and I'll beg a coder to look at it. That should provide some information on why it's crashing.

Thanks for replying. Reproduced crash, have a dump file. But another trouble - Dolphin.DMP is almost 950 Mb big, and WerFault.DMP is almost 70 Mb big. Which one you need, and where I can upload this (I'm afraid that I cannot upload this just as post attachments) without harrasing forum rules?

Ok, uploaded dump to 4shared (hope, this is not forbidden) Dolphin.DMP => http://www.4shared.com/zip/XW_2LU2Cce/Dolphin.html
Please post to a site which isn't so terrible. dropbox/gdrive/onedrive/mega/etc would be way better.
btw compressing the .dmp file should make it quite a lot smaller... 10-20-2014, 09:53 PM
Thanks for advices, after compressing via WinRAR size of dump now is 170 Mb)) this is link to it => https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/9791...olphin.zip
You are using a very old build of 32bit dolphin. We don't support that.
Code: 0:000> lmvm dolphin
Oh, thats bad(( It's official 4.0.2 release, but don't support is don't support. If you interested, on last 32-bit revision (4.0-1340) crashes is absent, but moments of normal functioning both motion+ and nunchuck absent too. Like it is hardware trouble.
EDIT. Interesting. Did some experiments with starting the game without all extensions, and plugging that when game is asking for it. When I connect WM+, then nunchuck, game is ALWAYS hanging - VPS 60, FPS 0, black screen, log is green. What the heck is that? EDIT2. Happens only on OGL-render, on DX9 (my v-card is old, DX9&10) crashes/black screens is absent, but constantly disconnect messages, methodic "sync without plugging-plug, when game says" don't help. Damn WM+... 10-27-2014, 07:24 AM
Heck yeah, I made this thing to work! My 32-bit Windows 7 finish his 1,5-month agony with BSOD on load, and I was forced to change that to 64-bit. Yes, now I can use latest builds) But I had another trouble - my Wii Remote doesn't recognized by Microsoft BT Stack on this version (O_o), so I bought Toshiba BT Stack. Used your guide for -TR-remotes, worked perfectly, but constant disconnections still present. I was desperate, and try this steps: On first disconnection, I re-plug M+ and nunchuck reciever, wait for disappearing disconnection mesage, and clicked sync button on nunchuck as fast as possible. Strangely, but M+ and nunchuck after this sadism worked good (have minor issues with crazy cursor, but this is, IMHO, fault of IR-bar, batteries of that is going to drain). Maybe, this steps may help someone with similar troubles.

Random disconnects sounds like bandwidth problems, you may need to replace your BT Adapter with a better one...
