Non-existent Wii Menu

I am having some problems with Dolphin 5.0.
Under tools, I see "Load Wii System Menu 513E"
I have never installed any wii menu, and I can't get rid of this message. When I open it, dolphin crashes.
I want to get rid of it so I can use my real wii menu with channels on it.
I've even tried uninstalling Dolphin.
Any ideas?

Either dump your real Wii's NAND, or download a wad of the system menu using NUS Downloader, then use Tools>Install Wad and install it. But it's really not a good idea to load games using the system menu; launching games that way doesn't load the gameinis, so game-specific settings aren't enabled, which makes some games not work properly.

I've already tried this. The problem is that some other system menu keeps appearing under tools. When I open that, Dolphin crashes.
Dolphin thinks I have Menu 513E on it, and I don't. I want to make Dolphin stop thinking that I have it.

Sounds like your NAND is messed up. Assuming you're using Windows (which is likely true), your NAND root is at %userprofile%\My Documents\Dolphin Emulator\Wii. I suggest backing up your saves and deleting this (to keep it simple); alternatively, look up the correct ID for the system menu and delete only what you need to.

Thank you. I got it working so far, but now when I try to launch a channel, it re-launches the Wii menu! What's going on?

You probably used nus downloader. IIRC
Wii menu 4.3 will only work properly on disk channel
the oldest available works on channels but not most disks.
