If you are like me and lost your rumble after updating your DirectX Runtimes, you may have to reinstall your gamepad drivers, as the DirectX Runtime updates tend to cripple your rumble drivers for external programs. It took me 4 days to figure it out, then I remembered that the last time I had rumble on my gamepad in Dolphin was before I did the updates.

So, if you must update your DirectX Runtimes, remember to either update your gamepad drivers or reinstall them. Consider this a lesson from someone who put up with it and was to the point of pulling his hair out.
  • Intel Core i7-2600 QC processor (8MB Cache, 3.4GHz)
  • CPU Instructions : MMX, SSE (1, 2, 3, 3S, 4.1, 4.2), EM64T, VT-x, AES, AVX
  • ATI Radeon HD 5670 1GB GDDR5
  • RAM: 8GB DDR3 SDRAM at 1333MHz
  • Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit
