No Plugins tab or extension list?

I'm downloaded the latest version of the emulator, and I need a nunchuk, which I don't have. So I see people telling me that I need to go on to the drop down extension list, but the list isn't there. Not only is that not there, but the "Plugins" tab is also nonexistant. Whats the issue here?

Wow, im terribly sorry. I looked through all the original threads but missed the first sentence in the thread talking about plugins missing. Im an idiot. Dont mind me.
