No options for adapter in graphics settings

Due to the way my computer is set up, it uses a Primus/Optimus setup for graphics adapters (essentially, by running a graphical program under Optimus, it uses my Nvidia card, as opposed to Primus which runs with integrated graphics). However, when running Dolphin under Optimus (via Lutris), the option to select an adapter is blank, like so: 
 
Is there any way to fix this, or at the very least get around it? Thank you!
