You're running an old version. Grab the latest dev build and switch over to OpenGL.
Don't use the dropdown box, it's got issues on Optimus systems. Just leave it as is, then open the Nvidia Control Panel and make a high performance profile for Dolphin, and make sure it is set to use the High performance card and maximum power usage so it doesn't throttle the card down. (but only set those, as trying to force any other driver enhancements causes issues)
