No More Heroes 2 UI Bug

Hey, I'm having an issue with NMH2 and while it is a minor one, it is really annoying. The UI for weapon switching doesn't show up, and I don't know how to fix it. As you can see, the weapon switching animation is there but there is supposed to be a pop up menu.
