No memory base pointer found! - Dolphin Team,fix this!

Tried copying memory card from 3972 and still does samething with 4505 to latest. I just have to keep deleting dolphin.ini no matter what. Tried Opengl, d3d, anytime I try to load Gamecube games I get that error. Wii games have no problem, though.
Windows XP 32-bit and e8600 Geforce 8800GT
