Basically everyone was busy at an event around the time the January report was going to be written, so they're combining the January and February reports

No, they're combining the December and January reports. The January report gets released right at the beginning of February.

Oh alright thank you. I missed the progress reports and they're a ritual for me at the beginning of the month. i've been checking it out since 2015 every month
