I am able to map the buttons for my 8bitdo SN30pro+ controller however, there is no input during the game. I have tried using my Xbox One controller as well but to no avail. Both controllers work outside of Dolphin. I have tried using both Dolphin version 5.0 and 5.0-12247. I have tried using both GameCube and Wii controller settings ensuring that my controller is using port 1/standard controller for the GameCube emulated controller and using Wii remote 1 with the classic controller extension for the Wiimote emulated controller. Background input is on as well. Keyboard and mouse work fine. I have spent hours on Google but am unable to find a solution. I am completely stumped as to what the issue could be Huh

Hi, I'm having same issue.  The controller config page can detect my controller to the buttons but it's not working /recognizing input during the game.  It works for all my other emulators outside of dolphin.  Please help.  My son really wants to play the New Super Mario Bros Wii.

thanks in advance

New Super Mario Bros is played with a Wii Remote, not a GameCube controller.
Configure an Emulated Wii Remote.
Also consider using a recent version of Dolphin.

Hi, thanks for your replies.  Is there a way to play the game with keyboard?  I tried to pick that as it was an option listed but it doesn't seem to work.  Is it suppose to work?  It's not ideal but I want to test make sure I'm able to play the game and it's running correctly on my pc before buying a remote for better game control.  If this is possible, can you advise what the config settings for keyboard should be set at to accomplish this?  Many thanks.
