No DSP ROM/ COEF

ok call me computer illiterate but im confused.

i have a rom for animal crossing, and im running dolphinIE 2694.

Im running 32 bit Vista
and ive got the proper computer specs for running dolphin.
(i've been trying fo about 45 mins, so ive already checked against them.)
i get the messeges no DSP rom and no DSP coef whenever i try to run it.
any solutions?

I think it's something to do with the new builds because i just updated from 2780 to 2804 and i get the same error when i change the DSP from blank (other errors occur) to DSP-LLE Plugin.

thru further research i see i need to dump the files off of my gamecube. i have a gamecube, but have no idea how to dump these files, also, its in pretty bad shape, hence why im using my pc for it now.

i don't think that will help you, because my ISO's were working with all previous builds
